Passport to Wellness Expo set for September 30

 

The Division of Human Resources, in partnership with Employee Well-Being, is set to host an inspiring and interactive Health & Wellness Expo where employees’ well-being is front and center. This year’s theme is Passport to Wellness. With over 40+ vendors specializing in health, wellness, and personal improvement, this is an opportunity for employees to explore new ways to live their healthiest life.

Event Details:
Date: Tuesday, September 30 
Time: 8:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m.
Location: Russell House Student Union
Open to: All employees

 What to Expect:

  • Explore Wellness Booths: Connect with local vendors offering services and products in fitness, nutrition, mental health, mindfulness and more.
  • University Benefits Hub: Meet with the university's benefits partners to:
    • Enroll in or update current benefits plans
    • Ask questions about coverage, wellness incentives and more
  • Interactive Experiences: Enjoy free health screenings, wellness demos and giveaways.
  • Passport to Wellness Challenge: Pick up a “passport” at check-in and collect stamps by visiting vendor booths. Complete the passport for a chance to win exciting prizes!
  • CommUnity Shop: Opportunity to give back by donating gently worn clothing and non-perishable food items

Want to schedule a health screening (labs only)?

  • Visit the scheduling link. 
  • Choose the "University of South Carolina" option. From there, you will choose a screening time that works for your schedule. Your confirmation will state our Florence office as the location of the screening; however, it will be at your wellness location address: The Russell House, 3rd floor, 1400 Greene St., Columbia.
