Replacement Cards

If you lose your CarolinaCard, make sure to deactivate it and notify us as soon as possible.

Lost or Stolen Cards

Missing cards should be immediately reported. Contact our office or visit CarolinaCard Online.

Until we receive notification, you are liable for any unauthorized use of your lost or stolen CarolinaCard. If you find your card, you can simply reactivate it the same way you deactivated it.

Fees (applicable to physical cards ONLY)

  • $35.00 for students, faculty and staff
  • For spouses:
    • $25.00 for a damaged card
    • $35.00 for a lost card
